The present invention relates to an antibody of RSV (preferably a fully humanized antibody R66), a nucleic acid encoding the same, a vector and a host cell comprising the same, and a method for producing the same. Further, the present invention relates to the application of an RSV antibody (preferably a fully humanized antibody R66) in the prevention and treatment of RSV-related diseases, and in RSV detection. In the present invention, the antibody of RSV is preferably a fully humanized monoclonal antibody, which is significantly reduced in immunogenicity due to species difference and specificity when compared with anti-RSV antibodies derived from other animals (eg, mouse-derived). Because of its excellent affinity and high affinity, side effects are greatly reduced when used in clinical practice. |
