abstract | The present invention provides a recombinant influenza A virus, a method for preparing the same, and a vaccine composition against H5 serotype influenza A virus belonging to clade 2.3.4.4B including the same. The present invention can contribute to disease control through a protective effect against the outbreak of H5 serotype highly pathogenic avian influenza introduced from abroad or occurring in Korea by manufacturing a recombinant vaccine that exhibits a protective effect against highly pathogenic avian influenza virus. In addition, the vaccine composition is not only weak pathogenicity and excellent safety because the highly pathogenic gene in the HA segment is removed, but also has excellent proliferation in egg (egg) and protective ability in chickens. |
