abstract | The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing mycophenolic acid, its phenylsulphenyl and phenylselenyl derivative compounds, and to a novel phenylsulphenyl or phenylselenyl derivative compound of mycophenolic acid synthesized by the above synthesis method. The new method for synthesizing mycophenolic acid of the present invention does not use a protecting group, and has a simple reaction step and a high yield compared to the conventional synthesis method. Therefore, the synthesis method of the present invention can be usefully used in a method for mass-producing mycophenolic acid in high yield. |
