titleOfInvention Rare-earth metals including complex Zintl compounds and manufacturing method of the same compounds
abstract The present invention relates to a complex structure containing rare earth metal and a method for producing the same. More specifically, in Ca 11 Sb 10 , a binary binary compound composed of calcium (Ca) and antimony (Sb) having a complex crystal structure, rare earth metals such as Lanthanum (La), Cerium (Ce), and neodymium ( Neodymium, Nd), and Samarium (Sm), a novel ternary mixture of Ca 10 . 57 La 0 . 43 9 .59 Sb, Ca 10. 75 Ce 0 . 25 9 .82 Sb, Ca 10. 85 Nd 0 . 25 Sb 9 .82 jinteul relates to a compound and a method of manufacturing the same, such jinteul compounds exhibit improved thermal efficiency as a material. Existing materials have tried p-type doping to improve thermoelectric properties, but the novel Jintle compound is the result of the first attempt of n-type doping by substituting cations with a large number of valence electrons by one in the p-type parent. The Jintle compound is an eco-friendly energy material that can generate electricity by being applied to the automobile and device industries or homes that generate high-temperature waste heat.If it can be used as a material material for a thermoelectric generator, it is a next-generation energy conversion material. The possibility would be very high.
