An Electrochemical Biosensor for Diagnosis of Acute MyoCardiacl Infarction |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a composition comprising a multifunctional DNA construct capable of simultaneously performing various functions in one DNA construct by using DNA 3WJ, a DNA construct having a three-way junction. Particularly, at the ends of the three DNA strands, a detection part that specifically binds to cardiac troponin (CTnI), and a signal part that inhibits electron transfer to the outside when cardiac troponin (CTnI) is combined. And a fixing part for fixing the composition to the outer surface. In addition, it relates to an electrochemical-based biosensor and kit for diagnosing acute myocardial infarction comprising the composition. In addition, an improved electrochemical signal can be obtained by additionally using Au Nanospike in the biosensor. |
