To this end, the present invention comprises: a first cable unit having a first sensing line for detecting a leakage and a first power line twisted in parallel with the first sensing line to supply power; A second cable unit having a second sensing line for detecting a leakage and a second power line twisted in parallel with the second sensing line to supply power; A first fixing part formed to surround the outside of the first cable part by a thread made of a material having chemical resistance or chemical resistance; A second fixing part formed to surround the outside of the second cable part by a thread made of a material having chemical resistance or chemical resistance; Both sides are braided to connect the first fixing part and the second fixing part, so that the first cable part and the second cable part maintain a constant distance.
