titleOfInvention | Battery Cell Including Polymer Resin Having Melting Point or Glass Transition Point of Specific Temperature |
abstract | The present invention is a battery cell having a structure in which an electrode assembly having a positive electrode/separator/cathode structure and an electrolyte solution are embedded in a battery case, wherein the battery case includes a first case member storing the electrode assembly therein and the first case. It consists of a second case member that is bonded and sealed, and a polymer resin for sealing is interposed at the interface portion where the first case member and the second case member are in contact, and the melting point or glass transition temperature of the polymer resin is from 100°C. It provides a battery cell characterized in that 130 ℃. The battery cell according to the present invention seals the secondary battery using a polymer resin having a melting point or glass transition temperature of a specific temperature, so that even if the internal temperature of the battery rapidly increases due to overcharge, overcurrent, or other physical external shock, When the temperature is reached, the polymer resin is deformed and the heat source and gas inside the battery are discharged to the outside, thereby solving safety problems such as ignition or explosion of the battery. |
