In addition, the cosmetic composition comprising the natural plant fermentation broth and natural plant powder according to the present invention provides a moisturizing effect, wrinkle relief effect, skin softening, skin exfoliation, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and/or antioxidant activity.
