abstract | The present invention provides a hydrogel composition comprising a macromolecular hydrogel having a polyrotaxane or pseudopolyrotaxane (Pseudopolyrotaxane, PPRX) structure and a drug promoting bone formation. The macromolecular-based hydrogel composition having a polyrotaxane or pseudopolyrotaxane structure according to the present invention improves the water solubility of the bone formation promoting compound encapsulated in the hydrogel, thereby releasing the bone formation promoting compound continuously for a long time. In particular, in the hydrogel composition in which the bone formation promoting compound is encapsulated in the hydrogel in the form of an inclusion complex, the bone formation promoting compound is rapidly released and new bone formation is promoted. Therefore, the macromolecule-based hydrogel composition according to the present invention can be used as a bio-friendly scaffold for bone tissue regeneration. |
