Since it can be stably present in the body for a long time without clumping, it can effectively inhibit the protein expression of the target gene. After entering the body, it is possible to easily restore the original structure of the siRNA having biological activity in the cell, and also on the surface. By introducing and using functional molecules suitable for target treatment according to various target diseases by using the functional groups of the located polysaccharide polymer, the therapeutic effect can be remarkably increased, so it can be used in various gene therapy fields using siRNA. |
