It provides an optical film laminate and the like capable of reducing stress. In an optical film laminate comprising a polarizing film having a thickness of 10 μm or less made of a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin in which a dichroic substance is oriented, and a transparent protective film made of a thermoplastic resin disposed on one side of the polarizing film with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween, transparent The protective film has a thickness of 40 µm or less, and a dimensional change rate of 0.2% or more in a direction orthogonal to the absorption axis of the polarizing film after leaving a 100 mm x 100 mm test piece in an environment of 85°C for 48 hours.
