abstract | The semiconductor device may include a direct access portion, an interface portion, and a through-via formation region. The interface unit includes a plurality of channel circuits for receiving all or part of the control signals of the first and second groups in response to a plurality of channel selection signals. The through-via formation region electrically connects the plurality of channel circuits and a stacking die forming a corresponding channel. |
