It relates to a multiple diagnostic primer set, composition, diagnostic kit, and diagnostic method consisting of a combination of primer sets. When performing RT-PCR using the diagnostic composition of the present invention, only viruses and viroids of apples and pears from infected samples quickly, without false positives, Since it can be easily diagnosed, there is an effect of reducing diagnosis cost and effort. The use of the present invention can contribute to solving problems occurring in agricultural fields by producing and distributing high-quality apple and pear seedlings due to efficient diagnosis of fruit tree viruses and viroids. |
