Mice that make binding proteins comprising vl domains |
abstract |
Genetically modified mice comprising replacement of all or substantially all immunoglobulin heavy chain V gene segments, D gene segments, and J gene segments with one or more light chain V gene segments and one or more light chain J gene segments, and methods of making the same are provided. do. A mouse is provided that produces a binding protein comprising a light chain variable domain operably linked to a heavy chain constant region. Binding proteins are provided that contain an immunoglobulin light chain variable domain (including somatic supermutant light chain variable domains) fused with a heavy chain constant region. Modified cells, embryos and mice encoding sequences for producing the binding proteins are provided. |
