The present invention relates to a composition for producing a novel insulator capable of low-temperature curing and an insulator film prepared by low-temperature curing of the composition for producing an insulator, and more specifically, (a) an aryl-based hydrocarbon polymer, which is a linear polymer, (b) (3- A siloxane-based polymer produced by ring-opening hydrolysis and condensation reaction of Glycidyloxyalkyl)trialcoxysilane (GATAS) and tetraalkoxy orthosilicate (TAOS), and (c) a low-temperature thermosetting polymer containing a solvent, wherein the linear polymer is the network oil. / To provide a composition for producing semi-interpenetrating reticulated organic/inorganic insulators penetrated into inorganic polymers. |
