titleOfInvention Inket printhead and method of manufacturing the same
abstract The inkjet print head of the present invention includes a body, a protective layer, an inorganic layer, and an organic layer. The main body includes a carbon allotrope, and includes an ink storage unit forming a storage space for accommodating ink. The protective layer is disposed on the inner surface of the main body and includes paralin. The inorganic layer is disposed on the protective layer. The organic layer is disposed on the inorganic layer. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent absorption of an organic solvent such as ink or a detergent into the body of the inkjet print head, thereby improving durability and improving display quality of a display device.
