titleOfInvention | Epoxy (meth)acrylate compound and curable composition containing the same |
abstract | [Problem] An epoxy (meth)acrylate compound used as a material for a protective film in which migration is difficult to occur in a conductive pattern, and a curable composition containing the same are provided. [Solution means] An epoxy (meth)acrylate compound characterized by represented by the following general formula (1), wherein the content of a halogen atom as an impurity is 100 ppm by mass or less. In addition, at least one of a monomer or oligomer containing a (meth)acryloyl group, and a photopolymerization initiator are mixed with this epoxy (meth)acrylate compound to obtain a curable composition for forming a protective film of a conductive pattern. (R 1 ~ R, at least one 5 has a structure represented by the following formula (2), and the remaining R 1 ~ R 5 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a carbon number of 1 to 6 selected from an alkyl group, and the group consisting of an alkoxy R 6 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group) (* represents a connection part with a carbon atom constituting the benzene ring to which R 1 to R 5 in formula (1) connects, and R 7 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group) |
