titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing membrane electrode assembly for fuel cell
abstract The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a membrane electrode assembly for a fuel cell in which uniform pressure is applied to the entire area of an electrode in a transfer process to ensure product uniformity. The method of manufacturing a membrane electrode assembly for a fuel cell according to the present invention includes an electrode formation step of forming an electrode layer by coating an electrode slurry on a support, a transfer step of aligning the electrode layer on both sides of the electrolyte membrane and transferring heat and pressure to transfer, and the support. A step of removing, and in the transfer step, the electrode layer is transferred to the electrolyte membrane by applying gas pressure to a gas pressure pressurizing plate of the stretchable material. According to the present invention, there is an effect of increasing the performance of the fuel cell by improving the quality by applying even pressure to the entire area of the electrode in the transfer process to ensure product uniformity.
