The decursine derivative has excellent selective inhibitory activity against CYP4 series enzymes among the CYP series, so it can be usefully used as a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of CYP4-related cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction, angina, heart failure, ischemia-reperfusion injury and hypertension I can.
