titleOfInvention | Cell reprogramming composition and method for producing an indueced pluripotent stem cell using the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a cell reprogramming composition and a method for producing induced pluripotent stem cells using the same, and more specifically, a cell reprogramming composition comprising a Gsk3β-independent Wnt activator as an active ingredient and differentiated in a medium containing the composition. It relates to a method for producing induced pluripotent stem cells for culturing cells. The present invention can increase the reprogramming efficiency of cells compared to the conventional Wnt activator, and shorten the production time by directly producing induced pluripotent stem cells without proliferating unnecessary cells. Furthermore, it is expected that the composition and method according to the present invention can be utilized in the development of cell therapy products and new drugs. |
