The present invention relates to a cement composition for putty and a putty comprising the same. In the case of using the cement composition for putty according to the present invention, it has physical strength and pot life similar to that of internal and external putty and epoxy putty, has excellent trowel construction workability, excellent resistance to whitening, and at the same time uses a water-based waste paint scheduled to be discarded. By doing so, it is possible to manufacture putty that can induce product cost reduction. |
