abstract The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a diaphragm that can be used stably for a long time by improving the bonding force between a core layer and an outer skin layer, thereby reducing maintenance and repair costs. The method of manufacturing a diaphragm according to the present invention includes the steps of forming a first shell molded article by molding an elastomer; (b) supplying a fabric fabric coated with copper (Cu) and a vulcanization coating agent on one side of the first shell molding to prepare a laminate including the first shell molding and the fabric fabric; (c) molding an elastomer to prepare a second shell molding; (d) supplying a second skin molded product to the upper surface of the fabric fabric of the laminate, heating and pressing to prepare a diaphragm having a structure including an outer skin layer and a core layer fixedly formed inside the outer skin layer.
