titleOfInvention Cushion pad for impregnating cosmetic composition and method of manufacturing the same
abstract The present invention relates to a cushion pad for carrying a cosmetic composition, comprising a double-layer structure of a cushion part impregnated with a cosmetic composition and an elution part from which the impregnated cosmetic is sprayed, and the cushion part, which is a lower layer, is composed of a wet or dry polyurethane foam. And the elution part, which is the upper layer, is composed of polyurethane foam or ruby cell, wherein the polyurethane foam has a cushion pad for carrying a cosmetic composition having a ventilable open cell structure or a non-ventilated closed cell structure. As a method of manufacturing such a cushion pad, a process of providing a wet or dry polyurethane foam for use as the cushion part as the lower layer and a polyurethane foam or ruby cell for use as the elution part as the upper layer in a sheet form of a predetermined size, respectively. ; A film removal process of passing each polyurethane foam sheet through compression rollers to burst a plurality of pore cells existing inside the polyurethane foam to convert the polyurethane foam into an open cell structure capable of breathing; A bonding process in which an adhesive is applied to at least one of the surfaces of the upper polyurethane foam and the lower polyurethane foam, which have been removed to have an open cell structure, and then laminated them to each other, or thermally bonded the upper and lower polyurethane foams. ; A drying process of drying the double-layered sheet of the adhered polyurethane foam; And a cutting process of cutting the dried polyurethane foam double layer sheet into a predetermined shape.
