The nonwoven fabric having excellent deodorizing properties of the present invention constructed as described above and its manufacturing method manufactures a nonwoven fabric using a master batch containing metal phthalocyanine and zinc oxide, which are chemical deodorants, in a certain ratio, while maintaining the general physical properties of the nonwoven fabric.
