titleOfInvention | Anti-inflammatory agent containing caesalpinia sappan microwave extract |
abstract | The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory composition comprising a bovine microwave extract as an active ingredient. The bovine extract has no cell microwave toxicity and uses 70% ethanol aqueous solution, which is recognized as safe for existing edible or medicinal plants, as an extraction solvent, so that side effects and resistance are not a problem, as well as mouse-derived macrophages RAW264. As a result of experiments using 7 cells, it was confirmed that the inhibitory effect of the production and expression of inflammatory mediators by LPS was remarkably superior to that of the conventional solvent extraction method. It can be applied as an anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cosmetic composition that suppresses inflammation. |
