abstract The present invention is formed by sequentially stacking the first sheet, the second sheet, the third sheet, and the fourth sheet made from raw materials that are naturally degradable in the soil, but supplies nutrients to the cultivated crops. Disclosed is a functional mulching paper for agricultural use, and a method for manufacturing the sheet, wherein any one of the first to fourth sheets is activated through raw materials formed from waste materials so as to activate propagation of microorganisms.
