The present invention relates to an anode active material for an electrochemical device. The negative active material is capable of storing and releasing lithium, and includes composite particles including silicon (Si), lithium fluoride (LiF), and a carbon material. The composite particle (A) includes a carbon phase (a1) made of a carbon material, and Si-LiF mixed particles (a2) dispersed inside the carbon phase, and the mixed particles (a2) are uniform or non-uniform in the carbon phase. It is distributed in one distribution. In addition, the composite particles may be configured in a state in which the carbon phase and Si-LiF mixed particles are uniformly or amorphously mixed. |
