titleOfInvention | Bispecific antibody targeting scf and galectin-1, and use thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating an angiogenesis-related disease and a dual target antibody targeting SCF (Stem Cell Factor) and Galectin-1. The present invention prevents or treats angiogenesis-related diseases comprising the antibody and a dual target antibody derived from a human monoclonal antibody capable of effectively inhibiting angiogenesis by simultaneously neutralizing SCF and galectin-1 involved in angiogenesis. It provides a pharmaceutical composition. The dual target antibody according to the present invention can effectively prevent or treat angiogenesis-related diseases that cause bleeding by neutralizing two targets involved in angiogenesis at the same time, thereby increasing the permeability of blood vessels through abnormal angiogenesis. |
