titleOfInvention |
A microorganisms having crocin productivity and process for producing using the same |
abstract |
The present invention is for carotenoid production of carotenoid cleavage dioxygenase (CCD2), crocetin dialdehyde dehydrogenase gene (aldH) and crosine biosynthesis enzyme (UDP-glycoslytransferase) gene (UGT) introduced It relates to a recombinant microorganism, and a method for producing crosine using the same. Compared to the conventional method for producing crosin, which was produced in small quantities through a part of a plant or callus, the method for producing a recombinant product using the recombinant microorganism of the present invention is capable of mass production of crosine. |
