abstract | The present invention relates to an efficient method for synthesizing a 2-arylpyridine compound, a 2-arylpyridine compound according to the synthesis method, and uses thereof, wherein the synthesis method is a 3 -formylchromene compound by catalytic reaction of BF 3 ·OEt 2 It has the advantage that various 2-arylpyridine compounds can be synthesized easily and efficiently by the cyclization reaction of and acetylene compounds, and the 2-arylpyridine compounds produced by the synthesis process show excellent UV blocking effect and antibacterial effect. As confirmed, the 2-arylpyridine compound produced by the synthetic method can be provided as a sunscreen and antibacterial composition. |
