abstract | The method for producing a chalcogenated organic-inorganic perovskite compound according to the present invention includes a) a component A, a halide of a monovalent organic cation; As the B component, a metal halide selected from one or more of halide of tetravalent metal, halide of trivalent metal, and halide of divalent metal; As C component, nanoparticles which are chalcogenides of 2 to 4 metals; And a solvent for dissolving components A and B; forming a precursor by applying a precursor solution comprising; And b) heat-treating the precursor to contain cations, monovalent organic cations and bivalent to tetravalent metal ions derived from the B component and bivalent to tetravalent metal ions derived from the C component. And producing a chalcogenated organic-inorganic perovskite compound containing a halogen anion derived from component A and the component B and a chalcogen anion derived from component C. |
