titleOfInvention C2-6 Fatty acids separation equipment using extraction/distillation method with the equipment
abstract The present invention extracts from the extraction tower using a solvent from the woody and marine biomass fermentation products, and separates the C2-6 organic acid using distillation and recovers and reuses the remaining extraction solvent, thereby reusing the high concentration of C2 at a low energy cost. -6 C2-6 organic acid separation device using extraction and distillation, characterized in that it is possible to produce organic acid and improve energy saving efficiency, and a method for separating C2-6 organic acid using the device. According to the separation device for C2-6 organic acids using extraction and distillation according to the present invention and a separation method using the device, an extraction separation technique generally used in the chemical process industry is applied to a wood-based and marine biomass fermentation product. By effectively removing a large amount of water contained in the fermentation product at low cost, there is an effect of separating the C2-6 organic acid. In addition, the present invention is combined with a C2-6 organic acid for extraction of volatile fatty acids (VFA) from a dilute aqueous solution produced by fermentation. By selecting and applying a solvent having similar chemical structure of C2-6, the separation efficiency of the C2-6 organic acid and the purification efficiency of the acid are high, and energy consumption is low, which is economical.
