abstract | The present invention relates to a transparent gas barrier film. The transparent gas barrier film of the present invention is a substrate, a planarization layer coated on one surface of the substrate, and an inorganic thin film layer in the form of a mixed film in which two kinds of inorganic transparent oxides are mixed on the planarization layer, in particular, the inorganic thin film layer. When zinc tin oxide (ZnO/SnO 2 ), the total light transmittance is 90% or more, the color value b* is 1.0 or less, and the water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) value is 10 at a temperature of 40°C and a relative humidity of 90%. Since it satisfies the physical properties of -3 g/m 2 ·day or less, it is possible to provide a gas barrier film with significantly improved gas barrier properties. |
