titleOfInvention | Photosensitive resin composition for light shielding film and cured product using the same |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a photosensitive resin composition for a light-shielding film capable of sufficiently securing developing adhesion even when a thin wire is formed while maintaining high precision and high light shielding, thereby obtaining a coating film excellent in adhesion to a glass substrate. [Solutions] (A) a predetermined polymerizable unsaturated group-containing alkali-soluble resin, (B) a photopolymerizable monomer having at least one ethylenically unsaturated bond, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, and (D) a light-blocking component, The weight ratio (A) / (B) is 50/50 to 90/10, and contains 2 to 30 parts by weight of the component (C) with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total of the components (A) and (B). It is a photosensitive resin composition for light shielding films characterized by containing the compound represented by the following general formula (I) as a photoinitiator of component C). |
