The present invention relates to a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae CEY1 that produces high glycogen and uses thereof, and the present invention relates to a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae CEY1 that produces high glycogen developed by irradiating ultraviolet rays. By providing, it is possible to mass-produce glycogen, and it can be used to develop a microbial agent for producing glycogen, an animal feed composition, a dietary supplement, and the like, and is expected to be usefully used in related industries. |
