abstract | The present invention relates to a copper nanocolloidal dispersion prepared using a hot melt extrusion method and uses thereof, and a copper nanocolloidal dispersion of inorganic metals (CuSO 4 HME) can be developed by the manufacturing method of the present invention. In particular, by reducing the particle size of copper sulfate to nano-sized units, it can contribute to increase the absorption rate in the gastrointestinal tract after oral administration. In addition, when the absorption rate in the body is increased, environmental pollution due to heavy metals contained in feces can be reduced. Therefore, the present invention will greatly contribute to the effective supply of copper in animal bodies present in trace amounts, and is thus very useful in related industries. |
