abstract | Curable resin composition that gives a cured product having high glass transition temperature and flame retardancy while having high dielectric properties (low dielectric constant, low dielectric loss tangent), bis (meth) acryloyl terminal benzyl ether compound used therein, aromatic intermediate as its intermediate Bishalomethyl compounds are provided. Aromatic bishalomethyls and bisphenol fluorene compounds are reacted to obtain aromatic bishalomethyl compounds having halomethyl groups at both ends as intermediates, and then, such intermediates as (meth) acrylic acid, (meth) acrylate potassium, By reacting with a meta) acrylic compound, a bis (meth) acryloyl terminal benzyl ether compound is obtained as a (meth) acryloyl group at both terminals. Moreover, it is a curable resin composition containing this bis (meth) acryloyl terminal benzyl ether compound and a polymerization initiator (B). |
