abstract [Problem] To provide a fluorine-containing phosphoric acid ester-amide having a high degree of flame retardancy, such as exhibiting a flame retardant effect by adding a small amount, and having sufficient hydrolysis resistance. [Solutions] Fluorine-containing phosphoric acid ester-amide represented by the following general formula 1: In the formula, R 1 and R 2 are the same or different, and each represents a branched or straight chain alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, wherein at least one carbon atom bonded to a nitrogen atom is secondary carbon or tertiary carbon, R 1 and R 2 may have a substituent selected from the group consisting of alkoxy groups, hydroxy groups, amino groups, methylamino groups, ethylamino groups, dimethylamino groups, diethylamino groups and fluorine atoms. Further, R 1 and R 2 may be bonded together to form a 5- to 8-membered cyclic structure. X and Y are the same or different, and each represents a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom, and n and m each represent an integer of 1 to 6.
