abstract |
The present invention relates to a quantum dot light emitting device using an inkjet printing method and a method for manufacturing the same, a mixture of an organic material and a quantum dot to form an emission layer by inkjet printing, thereby reducing pinholes compared to a quantum dot light emitting diode using a conventional inkjet printing method. A hole can be obtained, thereby reducing leakage current and eliciting a balance between electron and hole injection, thereby providing an improved efficiency quantum dot light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof. |
