abstract | (Task) A composition for forming a conductive pattern by light irradiation or microwave irradiation, which can improve the conductivity of a conductive pattern, and a method for forming a conductive pattern are provided. (Solution) (A) At least one metal compound selected from a metal salt of an organic carboxylic acid having 2 to 18 carbon atoms and an organic metal complex containing no organic carboxylic acid as a ligand, and (B) a metal material. And at least selected from an organometallic complex containing (C) a resin, (D) a solvent, and (A) a metal salt of an organic carboxylic acid having 2 to 18 carbon atoms and an organic carboxylic acid as a ligand. Coordinator of metal salt and organic carboxylic acid of organic carboxylic acid having 2 to 18 carbon atoms having a mass ratio of the mass of metal atoms in terms of the total amount of one metal compound and (B) the total metal mass of metal material. At least one metal compound selected from organometallic complexes not included as: (B) A composition for forming a conductive pattern by light irradiation or microwave irradiation with a metal material = 80:20 to 2:98. |
