titleOfInvention Method of preparing polyamide and apparatus for preparing same
abstract In the method and apparatus for producing polyamide according to the embodiments of the present invention, a precursor mixture is prepared. A prepolymer is formed from the precursor mixture. The prepolymerization reactor is cleaned using hot water generated from the prepolymerization reactor. The prepolymer is transferred to a postpolymerization reactor to form a polyamide. The prepolymerization reactor can be washed with hot water produced in the prepolymerization reaction to prevent scale formation of the prepolymerization reactor with high thermal efficiency and to increase the yield of polyamide.
