abstract | The present invention relates to a liposome encapsulated with an anticancer agent and a method for manufacturing the same, and instead of a citric acid buffer used in a conventionally known method when preparing a liposome encapsulated with a hydrophobic anticancer agent and a hydrophilic anticancer agent, contains ammonium sulfate. When the solution is used and the hydrophobic anti-cancer drug to lipid ratio is decreased, the encapsulation efficiency of the hydrophobic anti-cancer agent as well as the hydrophilic anti-cancer agent is relatively high. |
