titleOfInvention | Amphiphilic polymer, water-dispersible metal nanoparticles comprising the same and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | The present invention includes an amphiphilic polymer comprising a polyethylene glycol repeating unit in the main chain, a maleimidyl group at one end, and a trialkoxysilyl group or catechol at a terminal corresponding to the terminal, and a water dispersible metal including the same. The present invention relates to nanoparticles and a method of manufacturing the same, and more specifically, amphiphilic polymers that can be used for precise local site drug delivery, disease diagnosis, disease treatment, near-infrared imaging, and photothermal therapy by improving water dispersion stability and binding ability with a target material. It relates to a water dispersible metal nanoparticle and a method for producing the same. |
