titleOfInvention | Hydrazide-linked naphthalimide derivative and use for imaging a copper pool thereof |
abstract | FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to hydrazide-linked naphthalimide derivatives and their copper pool imaging applications, which are ratiometric fluorescent probes for detecting copper ions in living cells. A hydrazide-linked naphthalimide (Formula 1) was developed. The inventors have confirmed through ratiometric fluorescence changes that compound 1 and compound 2 are hydrolyzed to compound 3 and compound 4 by Cu + and Cu 2+ ions, respectively, under physiological conditions, and compound 1 is biocompatible. (biocompatible), live HeLa cells within the endoplasmic reticulum; was mainly located in the (endoplasmic reticulum ER), copper ion evaluator has confirmed that indicate readily the ratiometric fluorescence varies with the catalytic hydrolysis of the (Cu + and Cu 2 +), the The invention can be widely used in chemical, biological and environmental engineering processes. |
