abstract The present invention relates to a hyaluronic acid injectable composition comprising a DNA fraction in a crosslinked viscoelastic hyaluronic acid gel. More specifically, the present invention relates to a hyaluronic acid injectable composition comprising a hyaluronic acid composition in which hyaluronic acid is crosslinked at a crosslinking degree of 0.1% to 200% under basic conditions, and 0.1-50% by weight of a DNA fraction is mixed with the composition. DNA fragments are selected from, for example, polynucleotides (PNs), polydeoxyribonucleotides (PDRNs). The compositions used for cosmetic or therapeutic purposes have improved viscoelastic flow properties and enzyme resistance.
