titleOfInvention | A novel laccase from thermoalkaliphilic bacterium Caldalkalibacillus thermarum strain TA2.A1 able to catalyze dimerization of a lignin model compound |
abstract | The present invention shows high oxidative activity against lignin model compounds at biological high temperature and alkali conditions, and thus is industrially used for the production of high value-added chemicals through the treatment of harmful environmental substances with aromatic structure, delignification of pulp, and lignin decomposition. It is about a new laccase enzyme that can be. The present invention has an excellent effect on lignin decomposition, which can be industrially used for the efficient production of fuels, feed and chemicals through the treatment of industrial wastewater and hazardous environment, the decomposition of petroleum, biobleaching of pulp and lignin decomposition. It relates to one laccase enzyme. The laccase enzyme according to one embodiment of the present invention is derived from thermophilic and basophilic bacteria (Caldalkalibacillus thermarum strain TA2.A1). |
