titleOfInvention Embedded type cooling clean road system and construction method thereof
abstract The present invention provides a system for removing fine dust or harmful substances by spraying water on a road surface, the tank including water for clean roads; A water supply pump connected to an outlet of the water tank to adjust a flow rate and a pressure of the clean rod water discharged from the water tank; Control unit for controlling the operation of the feed water pump; A water supply pipe installed to extend along a road to supply clean rod water in which a flow rate and a pressure are controlled by the water supply pump; And a plurality of cooling clean rod nozzles buried at regular intervals along the road at a center separation line or lane boundary of the road and installed to expose the upper surface to the outside of the road to spray the clean rod water supplied from the water supply pipe onto the road surface. The cooling clean rod nozzle includes: an upper plate having a flat upper surface and a seating hole formed in a part thereof, and a lower part of the upper plate assembled to a part of the cooling plate, and partly fitted into the seating hole and having a flow rate by the water supply pump. The nozzle block is provided with an internal space through which the water for the clean rod controlled by pressure and inflow is provided, and a rectangular tubular shape that is assembled under the upper plate to surround the nozzle block and embedded in the asphalt layer of the road to provide a support function. Disclosed is a buried cooling clean rod system comprising a support.
