abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for producing ornithine (ornithine) production method using the Enterococcus faecium KA84 strain and the same. Thus, the enterococcus of the present invention ( Enterococcus) faecium ) KA84 strain has the activity of degrading cellulose, proteins, lipids to phosphates, and in particular, it can decompose insoluble phosphates. Therefore, ornithine can be produced through bioconversion using arginine as a substrate, and thus can be effectively used in compositions or production methods for ornithine production. In particular, the strains of the present invention are highly industrially useful because they exhibit high yields of ornithine bioconversion rates in various media. |
