abstract | The present invention relates to novel sustained palmitic acid binding GnRH derivatives of gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same. The excellent bioavailability and increased blood half-life of the GnRH derivatives of the present invention are expected to contribute greatly to the frequency of administration of medications and the reduction of dosages in the treatment of sex hormone-dependent diseases. In particular, it will be able to overcome the disadvantages of the GnRH sustained release preparations that had the residual and pain side effects of the existing injection site. |
