abstract | The present invention relates to a copolymerized aramid primary yarn and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein a terephthaloyl dichloride is added and reacted with an organic solvent in which an aromatic diamine containing a cyano group is dissolved to polymerize a polymerization solution containing a copolymerized aramid polymer. Next, when the copolymerization aramid yarn is prepared by spinning and coagulating the polymerization solution, a pigment having a cation is added during the polymerization of the polymerization solution including the copolymerization aramid polymer to prepare a copolymerization aramid yarn. The present invention can effectively prevent the polymerization degree of the copolymerized aramid polymer from being lowered or the solubility of the polymerization solution from being lowered by adding the dye to the polymerization solution. In addition, the present invention is the main chain of the copolymer aramid polymer when the liquid crystal is formed by hydrogen bonding during the polymerization of the copolymerization aramid polymer having a cyano group (-CN) and the dye having a cation polymerize the polymerization solution comprising the copolymer aramid polymer (main chain ), The color strength, daylight fastness and washing fastness of the copolymer aramid primary yarn are improved. |
